Returns & Exchanges

At Fidelity Denim, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to ensure a smooth, straightforward return experience.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Start Your Return →
  2. Log in using your email address.
  3. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.
  4. Select the order you’d like to return.
  5. Choose the item(s), select a return reason, and submit your request.

Please note: A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any items back. Be sure to include the completed return/exchange form that was provided with your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email. After your item is received and processed, your refund will be issued.

Eligibility
Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To remain eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by the completed return/exchange form

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
